I need to update my contact information. How do I do that?

It's easy to update your contact information in online banking. After logging in, click settings and then contact information. From here, you can update mailing address, email address and phone numbers

Can I re-order checks in home banking?

Yes! It's easy! Simply log in and click Check Ordering and follow the instructions.

Can I give someone else access to my account?

It's important to never share your password with someone - but we understand that sometimes someone else may need access to your account. You can give people specific access and permissions based on what you would like them to be able to do. Once you are logged in, simply click the friends and family tab and follow the instructions on the screen.

Can I transfer money from my account to a different Saco Valley Credit Union account?

Yes! Simply click transfers in online banking and follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I transfer money between my account at Saco Valley CU and my account at another financial institution?

Yes! After registering for online/mobile banking, give us a call at 207-282-6169 to get set up with Account to Account (A2A) transfers which will allow you to make ACH deposits and withdrawals between your Saco Valley CU account and your accounts at other financial institutions.
