Marcia has been helping members at Saco Valley Credit Union since 2005. She loved helping members at the teller line for many of those years, but in 2019 moved to a contact center role. When the opportunity arose in early 2021, Marcia was a great fit to become Contact Center Supervisor and supervise the team of employees helping members over the phone and with digital communications.
In Marcia’s time away from the office, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her daughter, Lexi, cat, Maddie, and rescue pup, Crowley. Marcia also loves being creative and makes some incredible Halloween costumes. Marcia has a well-known guilty pleasure of anything chocolate. When asked what her favorite chocolate was, it was a quick “ALL chocolate” response. She even dressed up for Halloween as Violet Beauregard from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
