Employee Spotlight: Meet Matt F!

This year marks 10 years with SVCU for Matt F., Member Service Representative. Matt works out of our 312 Saco Branch, where you can find him helping members with their accounts and supporting members with their everyday banking needs. He is known for his consistency, friendliness, and dedication to the credit union.

To celebrate, we asked Matt a few questions to get to know him better!

What is one piece of financial advice you often share with members?
Matt keeps it simple and practical, encouraging members to stay organized with their finances. One habit he often mentions is keeping a checkbook ledger to help track spending and stay on top of account activity.

What’s your favorite season in Maine?
Fall is his favorite time of year in Maine.

Early bird or night owl?
Matt considers himself a night owl who is working on becoming more of an early bird.

Favorite comfort food?
Burritos are at the top of the list when it comes to comfort food.
